Returns
Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of ordering under the following circumstances;
- Wrong product was delivered
- Product was damaged when delivered
Return/Replacement Process
1) Customer should notify us about their intent to return a product via call or WhatsApp.
2) Customer will be requested to send an image of the state of the product and once approved it should be mailed to

3) Return shipping charges should be paid by the customer.
4) Once the return is received and inspected the customer will be notified via call or WhatsApp about the replacement and once verified by the customer, the replacement will be sent to the customer free of charge.
Refunds
In the event of a price discrepancy, the customer is eligible for a refund.
